13. What happens if I miss or cancel the appointment?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a regular appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $25 fee. This fee must be paid in full before your appointment can be rescheduled. The reason for the fee is that last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time slot to other patients.

Cancellations for sedation appointments are $50 fee if made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time (see below under Sedation & Safety #10).
